Before all these tests candidates with only particular cutoff in the graduation percentage are allowed to appear for the exam. Third round is HR Interview where candidate’s capabilities like communication skills, mental abilities are analyzed.

HR Interview: conducted for a time period of 20 to 30 minutes
Finally candidates selected are trained for 3 to 6 months as an employee of Infosys in its main campus located at Bangalore. Here the candidate need to perform well and should clear the tests conducted by the trainers.
